bone broth


Immune booster



1 kg of grass-fed organic beef soup bones

2 lg carrots

2 sticks of celery

1 lg brown onion


½ bunch of parsley

6 cloves of garlic

2 bay leaves



Roast bones on medium in the oven for 45 min

Roughly chop carrots, celery, onion

Put bones and vegetables in a slow cooker, cover with water and cook for 10-12 hours

Add garlic, parsley and bay leaves and cook for a further 2 hours

Allow to cool, then remove all ingredients

Put broth in the fridge until cool. when cool remove any fat on top

Return to fridge and use daily, add to your soups and other meals and you can even heat it up and add s&p to taste drink straight.
